A Message from our Founder Natalie on the Journey to Nova8

 

“Over the years, my ambition to reach senior leadership has never wavered. I aimed high to own my seat and voice at the table, but my journey has not been without its challenges. Over time, I began to recognise these challenges as needs within the B2B tech industry and revenue operations function, and that I was not alone. Networking with more and more senior marketing and sales leaders, I discovered they too had similar experiences.

There was an individual and collective struggle with unrealistic goals and targets, misaligned sales, marketing, and product strategies, a lack of board education and re-education, challenges with resources, talent acquisition, and retention. Along the way I found common threads missing that linked end-to-end across revenue operations and the board. Out of these challenges, Nova8 Services and Solutions were formed to help deliver better business outcomes.
